The ticket was purchased in Greenville, SC from Simons Liquors, Inc. The man told news reporters that he has lived in Greenville his entire life and used to work construction jobs until he fell on hard times. He was living at rescue mission, homeless shelter in Greenville at the time of his winning. He says buying a house is at the top of his list.
