These are probably my favorite LBJ X’s I’ve seen so far. Check the Carmex logo scribbled on the upper inner ankle. LBJ showed us again why he IS the best in the league and def one of the GOAT against the Knicks, coming through for his team in the clutch w/ a couple clutch 3 pointers, some heavy defence and good passes to seal a 6 point win over Melo & crew. Check the pic of the Nike Lebron James X “Carmex” PE below from the game & stay tuned to MDF for a release date on these.
LeBron James’ love for the Fruity Pebbles cereal has transformed itself into a pair of LeBron IVs before, resulting in one of the most hunted LeBron sneakers in history. The Miami Heat star just gave another product his co-sign, but instead of a fruity breakfast cereal, he’s directing his props with the quote “Yellow means caution” to Carmex, a brand known for their effective lip balms. This Nike LeBron X ‘Carmex’ features a tonal yellow upper with red and black trimmings around the shoe that matches the product’s casing, although it’s not known if these are a true collaboration, an upcoming release, or just another variation of a Miami Heat colorway that just so happens to fit the Carmex bill. Peep the full shot below and we’ll throw you some updates when they develop.
Before Barkley was making us laugh w/ his marble mouth filled commentarty, he was a very athletic big guy on the court in Pheonix. And before that, he was a Philly 76er wearing some kicks something like these….only w/ out the posite matierial and not quite as fresh. But these will be releasing later this year, or if you can wait, a few are available on ebay from PRC.Kicks.
If you’re a air max fan like myself, then praise the Seaker God’s, or in this case, Nike for blessing us the Home Turf pack of assorted Air Max 90’s, 95’s 97’s and even a Air Max 1 2013! The pack drops at select Nike retailers Friday, February 15th.
The New Balance 574 “Windbreaker Pack” is looking more and more like the early 2013 answer to last fall/winter’s ‘Backpack’ set with each passing day. Here’s another ladies colorway decked out in vibrant ripstop nylon approximating jogging gear, an electric blue look that adds neon and black accents to complete its high-contrast balancing act. You can grab this bright blueNB 574 from retailers like Feature.
The Hyperposite has been a wildly popular shoe among Nike’s Forwards like Rudy Gay, LaMarcus Aldridge, Al Horford, and more, but even some smaller guards have gotten in the Hyperposite camp (Rondo wearing those Grey/Atomic Green joints). Keep your eye out for the Nike Hyperposite ‘BHM’ during today’s games.
Nike’s new Engineered Mesh material is making another appearance on the Air Max 90’s. This time w/ the bright ass colorway called “Sunset.” Orange, yellow, a darker orange and black. Stay tuned for release info.
