After droppin’ the glow in the dark junts last Saturday, Jordan goes back to back w/ the 4 retros and drops the “Fear” this Saturday, August 24th. Guess we’ll be seeing alot of these at Soundstage Saturday night. Some dudes just can’t wait to rock their new releases.
The Jordan 4’s have carried some of the most popular Air Jordan colorways/releases in the past. The Air Jordan 4 “Raging Bull” aka “Toro” hits stores July 13th and does not dissapoint. Here are some “beauty” shots to get you ready for the release.
Usually the Jordans carrying the “Playoffs” nickname were ones that led to an eventual championship for Mike for the post-season in which they were originally rocked. The Air Jordan VIII shown here of course fits that bill, being the shoe that His Airness had on feet during the third installment of his initial triple. The shoes currently have a June 15th release date attached, one which will be preceded by a similarly colored Air Jordan 1 ’93.
This is kinda like a big deal if you’re a avid Jordan head. The “Nike Air” will be restored to the heal of the Retro 88 III (after a 10 year debate) which is said to be droppin’ in Febuary. Hopefully these will pop up early on Flight Club or AIR Knight……..fingers crossed.
No way at all to go wrong with these. Not only are they OG’s but Melo is having one hell of a season…..besides, these are with a doubt better than ANY sneaker that Carmelo has released under the Jordan brand….get in stores Saturday Jan 5th.
With the Jordan XX8 being slandered beyond recognition, its a relief that one of the great OG J’s will be making an appearance in a refreshing blue colorway this February. The Squadron Blue is sure to be a hit. Hopefully by February the XX8 will be nothing but a memory.
The Los Angeles Clippers continued their quest to take over LA as they defeated the Lakers making them 0-3 to start the season. Chris Paul and Jamal Crawford weren’t the only ones with highlights, Clippers center DeAndre Jordan sent the crowd into a frenzy with this crazy putback dunk. He caught the ball so high and slammed it with such force, his foot almost hit the rim.
You like everyone else is wondering how did the Chinese Brand Li-Ning manage to swipe Dwyane Wade away from one of the biggest sneaker company’s the Jordan Brand. Well it’s the power of the almighty dollar.
Wade had been with Jordan Brand since 2010 and his contact expired on Oct. 1. Rumors started heating up that Wade would be leaving Jordan Brand last month when he wasn’t scheduled to debut a new sneaker for the 2012-13 season, which his fellow endorsers Carmelo Anthony and Chris Paul were set to do. There was still uncertainty through the weekend after Wade wore his Jordan Fly Wade 2 kicks to Heat media day on Sept. 28.
In addition to the source’s information, Philadelphia 76er Evan Turner, who reps Li-Ning, tweeted this on Monday: “I’d like to welcome the homie Continue reading →
