New York Giants safety Antrel Rolle – preparing to face Griffin and the Redskins on Sunday – agrees.
“I haven’t watched too much film on RG3 yet,” Rolle told WFAN-AM, via The Star-Ledger. “I’ve just seen highlights and this, that and the other. But, of course, they’re different. They’re two totally different quarterbacks and I think that their game as far as their offensive approach is extremely different.RG3, as you know, he can run the ball. I think he runs the ball a lot more than Michael Vick. I mean, he’s a fast guy. He has a very, very strong arm and I think he’s an all-around quarterback and he’s going to get better with time.”
Antrel also took to Twitter earlier today:
According to legal docs filed in his bankruptcy case, Vick made $31 million since he went belly up, that includes his Eagles salary and various endorsements and other business ventures. The math is pretty simple, Vick had to pay a total of $29.6 mil of that, $10.9 went to taxes, $9.2 mil went to creditors, $2.7 went to lawyers and accountants, and the rest is for various things, including child support and living expenses.
All tolled, Vick is now left with around $1.5 mil. That’s nothing to sneeze at, but considering what he made it’s pretty shocking. Things are looking up for the NFLer. Vick signed a 6 year, $100 million contract in 2011 … with almost $40 mil in guaranteed money, so he won’t be poor in rich terms for much longer.

We have no idea how much the card will be sold for, but I can imagine some really rich dude dropping several thousand on it. I mean think about the endless possible uses Continue reading
Vick was asked what needs to happen in order for the 2012 season to go down as a success for the Eagles and his answer didn’t leave much room for interpretation.
“Man, I ain’t got no ring on my finger. I ain’t got one. That’s it. I don’t know what else,” Vick said, via Reuben Frank of CSNPhilly.com. “I’ve been there. Playoffs is playoffs, you know? But that’s the road you’ve got to take to where you want to go. Like every quarterback, I want a championship. That’s it.”
X-rays on Michael Vick’s ribs were negative after he was knocked out of the Philadelphia Eagles’ 27-17 preseason win in the first quarter by a hard hit on Monday night.
“He’s sore,” Eagles coach Andy Reid said. “He was trying to talk me into going back in, so how sore is sore?”
Vick was leveled by New England Patriots linebackerJermaine Cunningham after heaving a deep pass.
